    Who’s currently using the fulfilment service?

    There’s a wide selection from hair and beauty salons, mobile stylists, trade stores, hotels with integral spa facilities and beauty services, spa resorts and health centres.

    First of all DON’T PANIC. We simply PAUSE your fulfilment so you don’t incur any unnecessary costs. You are free to continue with your fulfilment whenever you are ready.

    Your account manager will review this with you on a weekly basis.

    Yes absolutely. Once signed up for fulfilment we will assign you a dedicated account manager complete with a direct dial number. You will always be able to contact our customer service team for anything else.

    Yes, we offer a repeat subscription for your regular product lines that you continuously use. Talk with your account manager and they will create you a specific repeat order list. There’s no size limit, so you can have as many products on there as you need. It can also be amended to best fit your demand. If you need to pause or cancel the subscription, you can do that too.

    You also have the option to have multiple product subscriptions running, for example, Powder bleach and developer weekly, colours 2 weekly, other product monthly.

    When you register with us, you will need to checkout using your bank card. This card will then be used for all fulfilment billing.

    You can also use additional cards for stock purchase and delivery charges.

    Storage auto scaling is a method of ensuring you have enough allocated space for your product. So as you start fulfilment with us, you might only require the 5 shelf rack system (approx 1 sqmtr) and as your business grows you may require more space (storage auto scaling).

    We make sure your storage is always allocated the right amount of space to avoid damage to product that is in our care.

    So if you need an additional 5 shelf rack, or a pallet space, it is added to your account and charged pro-rata at that time. So you can upscale and downscale as often as you like.

    You will never pay for more space than you need and we will always let you know in advance if your storage space needs increasing or decreasing.

    We like to keep everything as clear as possible.

    Storage

    Whether you choose rack shelf or pallet space the monthly subscription is £17.50

    You can add additional shelf/space as required whenever you need. There’s no rush to buy your stock at the same time, allowing you to browse for additional brands you may be considering.

    Stock

    The first initial fulfilment stock order is £1000 or more. After that it’s £500 which you can do anytime.

    Just so you know, a £1000 spend on stock fits easily on a 5 shelf rack.

    During COVID19 and Leaving EU

    We have daily deliveries of stock to our warehouse and sometimes there are delays which are beyond our control. Stocking your fulfilment account can take from 1-5 working days, so please bare this in mind when ordering product. Your account manager will always keep you notified if any delays are likely to occur.

    Salon Fulfilment provides you great flexibility in choosing any delivery address for yourself and customers, which you can use often or as little as required.

    All consignments are assigned a tracking number, a copy of which is emailed to you. This includes despatched orders to you and your customers.

    You can email or phone your account manager with your consignment items and delivery address. If you have items to multiple addresses, please make this clear in your email. The clearer, the less chance of mistakes.

    If your account manager is busy on another call, wait and ring back, or contact our customer service team and they will process the order for you.

    There’s no limit to the amount of consignments you make daily, weekly or monthly. So you can despatch your product as often or a little as you like.

    IMPORTANT: Inclusive in the carriage charge is packing and wrapping. This also includes bubble wrapping and taping over the lids of liquid products.

    Delivery Cost

    For UK mainland delivery: £6 +vat for any consignment weighing up to 30kg and maximum dimensions of 60cm x 60cm x 60cm or no two sides to exceed 1.2m combined. If additional boxes are required in the same consignment then it’s an additional £6 +vat per consignment box.

    UK Fulfilment Delivery Pricing

    For Mainland UK it is 3pm. Out of area regions like Scottish Highlands Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of White is not available for next day delivery.

    We can’t guarantee next day delivery if you leave your despatch order requirement close to 3pm.

    Contact your account manager immediately. We aim to rectify this type of issue as quickly as possible. As you can appreciate, we will never send out a damaged or faulty product to you or your customers.

    In the event that damaged has occurred in transit, we will require photos of the damaged packaging and product(s).

    Once this has been reviewed, we will offer either a refund on that product(s) or despatch a replacement.

    Why do we require photo evidence? where damage has occurred in transit, we have to submit a claim to the carrier company to be reimbursed for the damaged goods.

    What if i receive the wrong product? We will look to rectify this immediately.

    We understand that situations change, and it maybe fulfilment isn’t working for you. Simply email your account manager a request to STOP FULFILMENT and within 48hrs we will pack and wrap your complete product range and have it delivered back to your registered account address with us. Your final delivery charge is subject to weight and size.

    There’s no penalties or additional charges to worry about, as long as your monthly fulfilment subscription is up to date and you have no outstanding delivery charges, then you’re all set to cancel.
